Your ordered items will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days, pending payment approval and verification of the shipping address. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method you selected during check out. If there will be a further delay, or there is an issue with the order, a Simone Perele representative will contact you directly.
Once your order has been shipped, your email confirmation will contain a tracking number. You may use this number to track your order on the UPS website. (www.ups.com).
You may also view the status of your order in the section entitled My Account. Once you have signed in with your e-mail address and password, detailed information about your order will be available on the Order Tracking page.
Simone Perele offers two methods for tracking your online purchases.
Via e-mail: When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your UPS tracking number.
Online: You may also access order information through your Simone Perele online user account. Order status and tracking information is available in the My Account section.

You may be contacted by Simone Perele under the following circumstances:
- Difficulty processing your payment information
- Unavailable item(s)
- Inability to ship to address provided
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
If an item is unavailable and you are interested in purchasing a similar product, you may contact our customer service representative for recommendations.
We strive to maintain a complete inventory. If an item is not available for immediate shipment, it will be clearly noted as "out-of-stock" in the Product Detail page.
We receive shipments from France on a weekly basis and recommend that you add any item currently unavailable to your wish list for future purchase, or reference the "May We Suggest" page for other recommendations.
Exceptionally, a product may be available when you place your order, and yet sold out by the time your order is processed for shipping. Should this occur, a customer service representative will contact you to review your order.
