Simone Perele does not ship products purchased through our online store at www.simoneperele.com outside the United States.

Simone Perele does not ship to PO boxes and FPO/APO addresses, U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands)

Shipping methods

All Simone Perele orders are shipped by UPS.

UPS and Simone Perele cannot be held responsible for Acts of God (i.e.: delay due to a snow storm, hurricane, etc...)

Shipping costs are calculated by a flat domestic rate. Simone Perele online store shipping rates include residential surcharge from shipping carriers.

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska only, Simone Perele offers UPS Next Day Air service, for $52.

For orders placed before 12PM EST, we will ship on the same Business Day. Cancellation must be made before 12PM EST on the same business day. For orders placed after 12PM EST, we will ship on the following Business Day.

UPS packages are delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and any delays that occur beyond the control of UPS.
