All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached, unwashed and unworn. We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on items as this may make these items non-returnable.

Free USPS return shipping label offered: Please email us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) your 5 digit order number along with the items you would like to return and we will email you a USPS return shipping label.
Place the items and completed return form into your Simone Perele box.
Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the package.

For a refund:
A merchandise refund will be issued to the purchaser's credit card within 30 days of return receipt at the Simone Perele warehouse.
Return time frame includes:
Reception of your return at Simone Perele warehouse (5 to 10 business days)
Processing of your return (5 to 10 business days)
Processing of your refund by your bank (5 to 10 business days).
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
For an exchange:
First, we will process your items as a return and refund your credit card used for the original purchase. Then we will place a new order for the exchange items and charge the method of payment you provided us with on the return form. As we do not keep your credit card number on file, please remember to provide your method of payment information on the return form.
We will process your exchange as a regular order within 10 business days for in-stock items. If your desired item(s) is/are temporarily out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you.
We do not charge additional shipping on exchanged items.
To ensure a full refund, please make sure to read and respect our return terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return policy. We will not accept returns of items purchased in store.
Returning a gift you received
Simone Perele eBoutique will gladly accept the return of a gift you received. The amount of the gift will be fully credited to the credit card used for purchase. To ensure a full refund, please make sure to respect our return terms and conditions.
