In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are extending our return window to 90-days for your safety and convenience.
Please note all processing of returns & exchanges are being delayed.

Simone Perele Return Policy

To ensure the best customer experience, Simone Perele will only accept the return of product(s) purchased at www.SimonePerele.com for an exchange or a refund within 30 days. Simone Perele will not accept returns of items purchased in stores. To ensure a full and prompt refund, please make sure to carefully review our terms and conditions below.

Returning a Product You Purchased on www.SimonePerele.com

Please return your items along with the completed Return Form included in your original shipment. All items must be returned in new, unwashed, unworn, odor-free condition in its original packaging with tags attached (Click Here to print a new Return Form)

  • Step 1: Place any items you wish to return along with your completed return form with your package.
  • Step 2: Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the package (Email us at WeCare@SimonePerele.com. if you need a new prepaid return label).
  • Step 3: Drop the package off at your nearest post office or schedule a free USPS pick up during normal regular mail delivery at https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm.

All items must be returned to the following address. Simone Perele retail partners will not accept any returns for purchases made on our eBoutique.

For a Refund

A refund will be issued to the purchaser's credit card within 30 days of the receipt of returned merchandise at the Simone Perele warehouse.

Return time frame includes:

  • Reception of your return at Simone Perele warehouse (5 to 10 business days)
  • Processing of your return (5 to 10 business days)
  • Processing of your refund by your bank (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

For an Exchange

UPDATED: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there are delays in processing exchanges. If you need a new size, color or style, we recommend you to place a new order and return your initial order so you can receive your exchanged item sooner.

Exchanges are processed initially as a refund and will appear on your original payment method. A new order will be placed for the exchanged items and charged to the credit card provided on your Return Form. As we do not keep your credit card number on file, please remember to provide your method of payment information on your Return Form.

To ensure a full refund, please make sure to read and respect our return terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return policy. We will not accept returns of items purchased in store.

Returning a Gift You Received

Simone Perele eBoutique will gladly accept the return of a gift you received. The amount of the gift will be fully credited to the credit card used for purchase. To ensure a full refund, please make sure to respect our return terms and conditions.

Free pre-paid shipping labels are offered on all orders except Private Sale items which are FINAL SALE.
